Austin is the only large city in the USA that had postive job growth this quarter.
This is excellent news for tycoons such as myself. I shall immediately proceed to raise the rents.

"Austin added 3,400 jobs in that period, a 0.4 percent gain...
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics,
one of the industries to see the biggest gain is
food service and drinking establishments,
( would you like fries with that?)
with 1,200 jobs added in April compared to one month before.
Another industry to see a big increase in the amount of jobs available
is leisure and hospitality. (Let me see if we have that in your size, sir.)
The industry in Austin has seen a 2,600 gain in jobs in April over March."
"...100 new federal government payroll jobs were added
in April. Among jobs with local government in Austin, 200 jobs were added."
(That part is good I guess....I *love* big government. The BIGGER the better!)
